Q. Is FreeLife a pyramid scheme?
A. No. Our Compensation Plan is legal in every country and territory where FreeLife operates. We provide ample satisfaction guarantees, return policies, and other provisions to ensure that Consumers and Marketing Executives are treated fairly. We also enjoy the support of reputable consumer organizations, such as the Better Business Bureau in the United States and the Direct Selling Association (DSA).
Q. What happens if someone wants to stop working as a FreeLife Marketing Executive?
A. A Marketing Executive has the right to cancel his or her agreement with FreeLife at any time, regardless of the reason. The cancellation must be submitted in writing at our principal place of business. If this happens within a certain time period (the number of days may vary slightly by law), we will refund in whole or part the cost of a starter kit, which is usually about US$40 (actual amounts vary slightly by country).
FreeLife makes no guarantees or projections of income, as such representations could be misleading. A Marketing Executive’s success depends on one’s effort, commitment, skill, and leadership abilities, and how effectively those qualities are exercised.
